  I had an appointment with Orkin from 10/12. No one showed, or bothered to call to tell me they would not be here. I call to make sure I have the right times. I did and was told to stick around. I had already been waiting 2 hours, and by the time I hung up. It was ten minutes past 12. I was told some one would call me to reschedule. Three comes around. No word. So, I call in attempt to make another appointment. They knew who I was and could not give me any information. Other, than expect a call. I'm not sure if customer satisfaction is their last priority. Seeing, they probably have enough customers. But, completely disappointed. If it wasn't an absolute need I would not have bothered to call again. Do not reccomend if you truly need assistance in anything. I was not given an apology. But, why would I expect that? They couldn't call to tell me they would not show up for their appointment. I have to atleast rate one star. If it wasn't for that requirment, I would rate them an absolute zero satisfaction.

  Horrible Customer Service! Had to sign a year contract & out of those 12 months, they prolly only sprayed the inside of my home 6 times. The other 6 or so times the exterminator only would spray the outside of the house, 1 time he didnt even get out of truck but said he did. I called almost every month when the exterminator would just show up without a confirmed appointment (I dont live in Midland/Odessa). I complained to secretaries, management, & the top guy that runs the place several times. When my contract was finally up & I gave the 30 days notice, they didnt even come spray the last month I was charged. I will never use Orkin again due to the people that I had to deal with out of this office ever again.
