  I think At&t over all is a pain to get through every time. Make sure that if you ever have a billing question or have to contact the customer service department u have at least a couple of hours available because that is exactly what you will have to wait. This is one of the biggest reasons I decided to go with a different carrier. About a couple months ago I canceled all of my lines because thankfully my contract was up, and yet they don’t seem to get it. I am still getting bills and every time I have to call them and am on hold for minimal one hour. If I could attach all of the snap shots I took on the amount of time I was on the phone with them I would it’s a joke!! So please think twice before you decide to go with them! I would never go back!
